This week I put this baby back in my template. I really like the variety it gives you in terms of surfaces, etc. The Sale is still on I hope, I highly recommend to check it out.

2. Inspiration

The team of Iceland is rocking the Euro. Part Time Pros and 2nd devision players winning against high payed superstars from the UK Premier League. How? Why?
Short version:
Iceland is a team fighting for every meter on the pitch, going back to basics, which defines soccer.
a)the team is bigger than the individual
b)run, fight, get dirty
c)believe you can achieve big things with limited resources, but through high effort – YOU WANT TO WIN SO BAD! There is no excuse for NOT outperforming the opponent.
d)sure the guys can kick the ball as well.
I love to use soccer analogies, they work great in business and in all competitive fields where you want to achieve big goals with limited budgets / resources.
