That’s CUSTOMER SERVICE or why Manley is the SH**!
Just a quick post today… My friend Harry Legg (you all know Harry as the Voice for iconic radio stations all over the world (f.e. 2Day FM) and being one of my format voices for benztown CHR) send me this:
“Check out the repair bill attached… I was expecting hundreds of dollars… they repaired it under warranty even though it was a little over 5 years… very cool service department.”
That’s why Manley is a great company… what can WE learn from it? DO good, people will appreciate it. Treat customers fair, super serve them – it WILL GET YOU WHERE YOU WANT to go!
