Under 30, successful, innovative and extremely good in their job in radio business? There is a lot of talent out there and since three years UK’s Radio Academy is “searching for the brightest and most talented 30 people under 30 years of age working in the radio industry”. This year benztown member Adam Venton, the Imaging Director of Benztown’s AC got elected.

We are very proud of Adam and have to agree with The Academy judges, thar your one of the guys with “expertise, energy, dedication, innovation, sheer brilliance, creativity and above all extraordinary achievement”. We just phrase it with our own words – YOU ARE WICKED!

Starting his radio career in 2008, Adam worked for Heart Bristol and produced imaging on a freelance basis as holiday cover before he became nominated group imaging producer at UKRD Group. During this time Adam has worked freelance for BBC Radio One, Pure Tonic Media, The Hits Radio, as well as the official station for Glastonbury festival, Worthy FM. And since 10 month he’s part of the benztown crew doing amazing imaging for our AC format.
