John Pleisse has enjoyed long time success voicing great adult format stations across America. In fact, he could quite possibly be the only image voice ever, to help brand stations in New York City, without interruption for well over a decade. Performing long runs at WPLJ, then Lite FM and now John resides as the promo voice for New York’s CBS-FM. His voice is the perfect fusion of maturity and youth, savvy programmers love to use. John’s career began as an announcer and creative services director at WRQX, Washington, Mix 107.3 and running audio for local TV stations in the DC market. He specializes in Adult Contemporary, Country, News-Talk and Classic Hits. Whether it is Magic in Boston, QMFM Vancouver, WWJ Detroit, KEZK St Louis or WBAL Baltimore, John’s voice is a first choice to cut through the clutter. John attended the University of Maryland, College Park, earning a BA in Film and Media. He resides in suburban Maryland just outside of Washington DC working full-time doing station image voiceover.
