Shelley Wade got her big break in radio in her hometown of Houston at the 1st Hip Hop station in the South, KBXX, where she did Middays, then Mornings. Shelley followed that up by scoring her radio dream job at Z100 New York, where she spent 12 years & was the 1st African American to ever have a full-time show on that legendary station. During her time at Z100, Shelley was also heard on KISS-FM in Boston, KISS-FM in Dallas & 104.3 MYfm Los Angeles. In fact, during the time Shelley was on air at both Z100 & MYfm, she was one of only two jocks in the country who were on air in New York City & Los Angeles at the same time…the other was Ryan Seacrest. Shelley’s also a TV Personality, regularly appearing as an entertainment correspondent on national shows like the “Today Show” on NBC, “The Talk” on CBS, CNN and more. As a Voice Over artist, Shelley has voiced national TV commercials for Beyonce, Ke$ha, Lucinda Williams & more. She also voiced a NASA documentary that aired at the United Nations.
